Alumni Record Release

Dear Goretti Alumni and Community Members,

As you may be aware, the closure of Goretti has prompted a thoughtful consideration of how to preserve our cherished community ties and facilitate future reunions. In line with this effort, I want to inform you that select classmates will maintain individual class year records. The name of each record holder will be announced before the school's closure in June 2024. 

These records encompass vital contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. They will serve as a valuable resource in ensuring that our Goretti Family can stay connected and reunite in the coming years.

Additionally, St. Mary Catholic School has expressed interest in accessing these records. 

However, I understand and respect the importance of privacy. Should you wish to opt out of having your information utilized for either the maintenance of alumni records for use of reunions, OR sharing with St. Mary Catholic School, kindly email cquantock@goretti.org to indicate your preference to opt-out. Your choice will be honored and respected without question.

For those of you who are friends and family members of St. Maria Goretti Alumni, your records are also being requested by St. Mary Catholic School. Should you wish to opt out of the merging of records, please email cquantock@goretti.org.

I deeply value the bonds formed during our time at Goretti and remain committed to nurturing this sense of community even as our institution undergoes these changes. Your participation and input are vital in shaping the future of our alumni relations.

The deadline for the option to opt out of record sharing will be February 12, 2024.
