Goretti 9th graders share stories of Jesus with interactive video project

Recently, Goretti’s ninth grade religion students were asked to complete a Video Project portraying one of the Miracles or Parables of Jesus.  Students were asked to choose a story, create a script, designate who would be the director, editor, and actors.  In order to receive an A, students were asked to make use of costumes, props, music, and other technology when making their films.  A total of 17 mini-movies were made, helping Freshmen to learn the stories of Jesus while having fun using technology and reading the Bible!

To encourage amazing films, awards were also created for Best Picture, Teen Choice Award, and Best Cinematography or Visual Effects.

Video Project Winner: The Walk on Water by George Ofosu, Nathanial Boeckman & Alexei Wood
