Introducing Guaranteed Admissions to Randolph College

LYNCHBURG, Va. and Hagerstown, Md. (April 19, 2018) –Randolph College has signed an articulation agreement with St. Maria Goretti High School to guarantee scholarship money to eligible St. Maria Goretti students who enroll at Randolph.

Randolph College will guarantee admission and a four-year renewable scholarship for eligible graduates of St. Maria Goretti High School. Students must have a 3.00 GPA and either 1000 SAT or 21 ACT composite. These students will receive a scholarship worth, at minimum, $25,000 with a total value over four years of at least $100,000. The scholarship is renewable each year given the students maintain eligibility requirements.

As two institutions of higher learning, St. Maria Goretti High School and Randolph College have a shared interest in developing tomorrow's leaders pursuing a future of significance in all aspects of their lives. Randolph College is a nationally recognized, private, liberal arts and sciences institution with a career focus located in Lynchburg, Virginia. 

The Princeton Review listed Randolph in The Best 382 Colleges 2018 Edition, naming the College a “Top Fifty Green College” (#16) and including Randolph in its Top 20 list of “Most Accessible Professors.” Randolph was included in the prestigious Fiske Guide to Colleges 2018 and appeared on several other lists as well: “Best Colleges for the Money” (#6 out of 36 in Virginia,, “Cool Schools” (Sierra Club), the “50 Small Colleges with the Best Professors” (College Values Online), the 30 best liberal arts colleges in the South (, and Money magazine’s list of best colleges.
